I work at the intersection of strength, mobility, nutrition, and somatic movement. Yet potentially the most important pillar of my practice is the nervous system.
Through years of training, researching, and developing, driven by passion, curiosity, injury, and the fight to heal, I've come away with one takeaway: the human body will always find a way to work in sync. Sometimes that means harmony, and sometimes that means a cacophony of tightness, weakness, pain, and confusion.
Because of this, I don't work with one specialized modality, I work with people. I don't have a set process; we build one together. I help people build a connected web of lasting strength, pain-free range of motion, and a healthy gut, backed by a regulated nervous system. This is what leads to harmony, not treating the body as individual systems working in isolation, but addressing the whole system, so you move through life with more strength, more range, and a better relationship with food.
If you want to work with someone devoted to your care, then I'm your guy.
